Our desserts are made with high-quality ingredients, most of which are organic. Our products are also free of refined sugars, processed flours, preservatives, gluten, inflammatory vegetable oils, and genetically modified organisms (non-GMO).

2. Are your products suitable for people with gluten intolerance?
Yes, all our products are gluten-free.

3. Do you use refined sugar in your recipes?
No. We use a strategic combination of natural sweeteners, such as monkfruit sweetener with erythritol (non-GMO), organic coconut sugar, and organic powdered maple. These blends are designed to reduce blood sugar spikes.

4. Are your desserts suitable for people with diabetes?
Currently, our products are not suitable for people with diabetes. However, they are a better option than desserts made with white sugar and refined flour, as we use natural sweeteners and almond flour, which lower blood sugar levels.

We are working on offering options specifically tailored to the needs of people with diabetes.

5. Do you offer vegan or plant-based options?
We do not offer vegan products but are working on options to meet these needs.

6. What kind of sweeteners do you use?
We use monkfruit sweetener with erythritol (non-GMO), organic coconut sugar, and organic powdered maple—all healthy alternatives to ordinary sugar.

7. Are your desserts low in carbohydrates?
Yes, all our products are low in carbohydrates since we use almond flour and natural sweeteners. This makes them an excellent option for those looking to manage their carb intake without sacrificing flavor.

8. How should I store the desserts, and how long do they last?
We recommend keeping the products refrigerated to maintain freshness. When stored properly in the refrigerator, they last up to three weeks.

Orders and Shipping

1. Do you ship nationwide?

We do not offer nationwide shipping. We only deliver within Austin, Texas, and nearby areas, within a range of up to forty miles under specific conditions. You can find more details in the "Orders and Shipping" section.

2. How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?
We process orders within a maximum of 24 hours for shipping. For wholesale orders, please get in touch with us to coordinate delivery times.

3. Can I customize cakes?
No, but we can deliver cakes with their original frosting and no additional decorations, so you can decorate them as you like.

4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery due to the time required to prepare fresh products.

5. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination's ZIP code. Each area has an assigned price, considering the distance and the logistics required to complete the delivery.
